A foggy start

This was my view of the village church this morning as I went for my paper. After a very foggy start it turned into a beautiful day later but this was the only shot I took as we had friends visiting.

It has clearly been a good day for muck-spreading. Huge tractors started going down the lane past our house at 7.00am towing large trailers full of steaming ....... well, you know what. They have been going past at roughly ten minute intervals for the whole of the day and only stopped (as far as I can tell) within the last hour (it's now just gone 7.00pm). There must have been an immense store of the stuff not very far away - I'm glad it wasn't TOO close though.
