Down to Upnor

After the fog had lifted we went down to Upnor on the river medway today for a walk along the river taking in both Lower and Upper Upnor, then a lovely pub lunch - nice veggie curry (see the red pub sign in the pic)

Then a quick 15mn drive over to Cliffe pools for a walk around the rspb reserve so sunny it felt like summer! Lots of lovely birds and we just missed the sports relief yacht passing down the Thames.
