From the prop box

The conservatory floor is finished and the furniture is all back in place.  Just the electricity for the underfloor heating to be connected and then I expect JJ will redecorate.

A quick blip of a long-dead iris from last summer.  Well it is flower Friday and thanks go to Bikerbear for hosting.

Off to Birmingham first thing to meet up with Hildasrose and SHH for a day out at Crufts.  My original plan was to spend the day in and around Birmingham whilst JJ and friends go to the badminton championships, but I had a better offer.
