Beer or Lemonade?

There are 25 officially designated neighborhoods in the city of Bellingham. None are more diversified than Sunnyland -- a mix of industrial, commercial, and residential (multifamily and single family) areas. The neighborhood also includes schools and parks.

Sunnyland is blessed with many talented artists, many of whom open their homes or studios to the public in the annual Sunnyland Stomp. This was the first time I'd attended. One of the locations on the tour map was Artisan Revival, described as follows:

Four Belgian beer samples (including Saison de Somp) from Grant Street Brewing, Chris McClanahan, -- artisan Brewmaster. Beers paired with food samples by Chef, Brian Pahl. Obviously, I had to investigate that! The beer and food was excellent, as was the the photography. I didn't stay long enough for the music -- we had our annual neighborhood street party this evening.
