Misty Harbour

Schull harbour was all misty today, it was a very low tide again. Busy day at work, the onto Organico, the wholefood shop in Bantry for a training evening given by a very knowledgeable nutritional therapist, I learned a lot. It was good to connect with the staff from health food shops in West Cork.
