Keeping things cold.

I have quite a lot of variety in my job. Today, the morning was spent in a large building on an industrial estate that will at some point store and distribute frozen food to our shops. Our role was to work out with a contractor a route to get fibre cabling into the building. On our way around we went through this room, I'm not sure of the exact nature of all this machinery but I expect it will play a role in keeping it at a steady -28 degrees! Then, this afternoon I returned to High Wycombe which opened today and looked very good and was being enjoyed by lots of customers.
