Crocuses coming

After seeing the delightful crocus display in an Edinburgh park yesterday, I checked how mine were doing and loandbehold! they are beginning to come!

It was generally a good news day.  My new macro lens arrived.  It was timed in anticipation of my canon coming out from repair.  Apparently it is not responding to treatment.  A plan B is being hatched and I was advised to check my insurance policy.  At the moment I am the owner of fairly expensive camera kit which I cannot use.

But the crocuses are out.
