Spring buds .....

Not up on flowers/shrubs, but noticed this on my walk this morning. Pretty colour to the buds/seeds! With some drops of rain.

Although dry walking the dog it was very wet under-foot due to the heavy downpour last night. Either way, Lili enjoyed running for the ball (getting muddy in the process!!).

Our daughter and her husband have finally got their internet sorted and we had a Skype session tonight which included the walk through of her house (including cellar and loft spaces). Brought her up to date with events including grandad move and the issues connected with it.

A happy day today as it is m future daughter-in-laws birthday - lucky lady, where she works they get their birthday as a day off. Our son also took the day off as they went to the registrar to finalise arrangements for their wedding in September - not long now, I believe everything is in place, just the invites to send out. I'm sure she had a lovely day :)
