Four Corners

Nothing like a little rain, okay in today's case a lot of rain, to clean out a tourist town. This crossroads area of the downtown pedestrian walkway is normally crawling with people around dinner time, when I shot this photo, but this evening there was nary a soul in sight. Highly unusual to have rain this time of year, but I realize I have been saying that a lot lately. I guess the new normal is that it can rain during any month, even in the formally "dry" season. Glad I live here and can take the occasional rainy day in stride, knowing that I am still going to have predominately sunny days.
