Sick tick

Grooming Omo I found this disgusting tick. It was the second this year and it is much too early for them. The winter was definitely too warm.
In begin they are black and tiny. Then they soak full of blood and raise to bloody "Grapes". Then they fall down and produce thousands of eggs.
I hate them! They are really dangerous, because we live in a landscape where ticks can transmit serious illness: Borreliose and tick-borne encephalitis, TBE.
Now I have to go to the vet and catch some chemical remedy against them. Not the best for a dog, but surely better than illness.
I really HATE them!
