Dementia Friends

I have been working shadowing an Alzheimer's Society information worker on a couple of days recently seeing how she delivers Dementia Friends Awareness Raising sessions in the workplace.  Today we went to a Doctor's Surgery and spoke to about 15 people involved in the work of the Medical Practice.  These sessions always stimulate interest and personal response and this shot shows some of the participants working on one of the tasks.

Lots of rain today and Worcestershire seems to be suffering a little.  The Travel News was full of closed roads and advice to avoid fords of any size.

We think we've made an Ikea selection for the little bedroom.  We've nearly emptied it  and have disposed of some of the contents.  I think more is going to have to go...
