Toy box stacker

Quarantine for the chicken pox is now officially over. CyclopsJnr doesn't have any blisters so he can go back to the childminder. Two brothers that go there - and their dad - have not had the pox yet. They are currently pox free. Phew. Hopefully they have dodged that bullet, for now.

CyclopsJnr still has some pox scabs, which are mainly on his face because that was the last place he got the spots so that will be the last place to clear up.

I think we've got away remarkably lightly with this episode. He's not been unwell in himself and he's barely been itchy. I doubt he'll have any scars. We've given him precautionary antihistamine overnight and very occasionally moussed him up with soothing poxclin. But no need for most of the precautions people have kindly recommended. Even the calamine lotion (which we've had in the cupboard on standby for six months) never had an outing. He's slept badly, but it is hard to know if that should be attributed to the pox or the molars that are yet to appear.

So.  Good. Glad that's done.
