Bit of a wet day

Today was so horribly wet that I'm not going to do a rainy day blip as I'd like to forget it. 
I drove around the flooded lanes of Warwickshire for about 1 1/4 hours before returning home this morning in a vain attempt to get to work. At noon I decided to try again, and managed to get there that time. One lady whose commute is normally about 45 minutes took 3 1/2 hours to get to the office!
I'm back home now, warm and dry. Technophobe and I were supposed to be going out this evening, but we decided to be sensible for once in our lives, and stay put. 
I apologise for my second flower blip in a row, but at least it's a blip.
