Pheasant on the Lawn

Currently an occasional visitor to our Feeder these days is Edward. He left his tracks in the snow the day before yesterday. We welcome him, but he's a little wary, and today I had to hide behind the bedroom curtain to sneak this peek. I am thinking of setting up a tripod and camera permanently at several windows in the house so as not to miss the special birds that come to visit. That way I might not have to face the usual rush to get the camera, and arrive as the bird is flying away. Could be expensive, though.
