Spot the second car

At 11 pm last night this road was clear of water. Some time before midnight it started to rain and as usual the drains under the bridge failed to cope. Shortly after 1 am these two cars failed to see the water and drove into it. Where is the second car? If you look down from the barrier on the far side of the water into the reflection you can just see the roof of a car. A couple of years ago the local council spent 10s of thousands of pounds installing a system to resolve the flooding issues. Clearly it failed and was a waste of money!
