Glued to CNN and BBC watching events unfold in Mumbai. Very surreal and very sad.
Hoping that friends and colleagues are safe - despite a recent relocation of our Deputy High Commission, away from the immediate area. It's unlikely that short-term staff are in the Oberoi Hotel, like I was, this.time.last.year. (Top right) However, they're all places where us Westerners like to hang out, often complacent and forgetting that things like this can happen. It's devastating.
