rhubarb, rhubarb, rhubarb

Had a crappy day yesterday.  Things may take a bit longer than expected re. the house and I'm terrible at being patient so these next few weeks may be difficult!  But, feeling a lot better today and hoping to make the most of our remaining time here in Scotland together.  

Planted rhubarb in a massive tractor tyre in my garden a few years back.  You can see the tyre in the background to this one.  And here's it coming through a couple of weeks later :)

Reaping the benefits tonight!  Harvested 400g or so and made crumble for Pierre and myself.  Delish!!
