Wonky

Mary and I met up with Kathy for lunch today at the nearby YMCA.  A bargainous lunch at just £2.99 for a coronation chicken-filled jacket potato and I even got 10% off that price with today being International Women’s Day.

Anyway, these are the steps that run up from the underpass – an alarming prospect if you’ve just popped out for a “swift one” with the steps being as wonky as this.  You feel drunk going up them, even if you aren’t.  But if you HAVE had a “swift one” or “several” they are positively fearsome!

Other than that, it was just a day at work, with nothing exciting to report.  I just want the Spring to arrive now – I’m tired of being cold, aren’t you?
