Birthday celebrations today. Late start (teens don't rise early on Saturday even if it is their birthday), cake, presents, out for nice lunch at J Bakers, gentle walk home along the river meeting lots of people we know.

I went for a walk down the Ings later and sheltering under a tree spotted this natural heart which reminded me of Oslo.
