For Tiny Tuesday this is a close view of part of a Monarch Butterfly wing showing the scales.
 
Monarch wings are made of thousands of tiny overlapping scales, like fish scales or shingles on a roof.  
 The extra photo has been cropped harder and shows the scales in more detail.
 
We are home again and I am back participating in blip challenges again as from today – thank you Lizellen for hosting Tiny Tuesday for the month of March.
