Resisting . . .

Out for our aperitif before dinner which will be sausage sandwiches with brown sauce as we are still full from our wonderful homemade granola breakfast and delicious chickpea and avocado spread on toast at lunchtime. The highlighted dish is chopped pigs ears - to the left are baby broad beans with ham and to the right roasted lamb. I would love to love the pigs ears more but the crunch through the bone-membrane still disturbs me. Not so the gentleman to my left who is munching through them like a plate of french fries.

Won some extra business from dormant clients today so last week's push is paying off!
