Police - Do Not Cross

Some oddness on the way in this morning. Waterloo Bridge closed to all traffic... it was nice and peaceful walking across. 

Not entirely sure what the reason was. The nice Policeman on this side of the river was stopping pedestrians as well... which is a little odd as I'd just walked off the Bridge and a load of people were wondering why they couldn't do the same... see how special I am.
