What a difference......

..... a day makes;  despite saying I'd keep away from the canal for a while I was back there today, and things do seem to be improving.  I walked a stretch which is a couple of miles further along from my usual haunt and it seems the clean up is taking place from that direction. 

I've been toying with the idea of Mono Monday for some time now but when it comes round I always find a good reason for not taking part  -  mainly because mono is a bit of a foreign country to me.  Nevertheless whenever I've taken a mono that I've been pleased with I've always had the intention to do more.  Maybe next week.......
