Back Lit Heron

The early morning light was lovely at the estuary. I was spoiled for choice with all the birds busily feeding as the tide came in.

The heron rimmed with light won my vote for the blip but just had to put the pied stilts in as extras. The birds in the first extra look like they could be playing the children's game 'Simon says...'
