The Big Paella

Every Sunday there's a farmers market close to where I live and the most visited stall has to be the Paella sellers who create a huge pan of rice, vegetables, chicken and pork then in 10 minutes sell out before they put the next batch on.

The smells are wonderful and the taste even more amazing. Here's one of the chefs hard at work preparing the next serving
