Here comes the bride

Bell ringing is usually considered a service to the church and the village . I do it mostly for the mental and, to a lesser extent, the physical exercise. The great thing about weddings though is that you get paid! So I bunked off work early and enjoyed a pleasant afternoon ringing a few methods and sharing the happy occasion.
