The Village Church

My plan for today involved going into Coventry for an open day at the Weavers House in Spon Street. I had a couple of other ideas in mind as well, including photographing the Walter Ritchie panels at the Herbert. I wanted to do some street photography as well.

I got as far as the bus stop before deciding I wouldn't have time to do what I wanted, and more to the point, the light just didn't feel right for it. So I went on a walk around the Plantation instead, It must be nearly a couple of months since I last had the time to do that. Of course the mill run is flooded and the paths a mud bath. I was right about the light though, I really struggled with it. At least in this shot of the church it was OK.
