Fish on fire

No beach bar in southern Spain is without
its stack of well dried out wood from a
redundant olive orchard which seems to
burn very slowly and give out a steady
heat and gentle smoke imparting a
delightful flavour - usually to sardines -
but on this occasion a larger appetite is
about to be satisfied !
