Solo
Maisie and I made yet another morning visit to the lake at the Taylor Dam. The water was very still, like a mirror. I sought to photograph the reflections when a solo black swan swam into the picture. There is a black swan family with little cygnets resident on the lake at present but they were nowhere in sight this morning. A pair of coots are rearing three babies as well. I need to take a DSLR with a telephoto lens there before the babies grow too big!
