The Hanningfield Connection

When I was out of sight at Fishers Green yesterday shooting the grebes a couple walked past and he said, "This reminds me very much of Hanningfield Carol." 

I visited my sister in Burnham today and she had bought me this gorgeous cheese, hand smoked near Hanningfield reservoir in Essex. I've never been there but we have decided to visit together as it is a wonderful area for wildlife and she has heard very good reports of the restaurant.
