As Maria is working on Mother's Day, Paul drove us to spend some time with her in York this afternoon and to do some browsing and shopping in the city centre.
The weather was gorgeous sunshine and blue skied with gentle rain.
We had lunch at Molly's a great restaurant in the upper room of an antique shop.
Pleasant wander in Cath Kidston's fab shop, Shared Earth and a stroll in The Shambles.
A lovely memorable visit.
