Mother and child reunion

Maybe it's father, I don't know.
Not too inactive today -
parkrun: Mrs RT and I ran together so no pb, I was treating my ankle gently.
Bike ride: just a short one about 8 miles.
Walk: just a couple of miles down to the ponds and round, seeing the moorhen, duck and swan families.
