Cycle trip

The plan was to cycle to Loch Thom and back using the unpaved road. About 30km. The unpaved road was muddy, icy and rather slippy so we took the long way back. Via Largs. 60km in total. The view from the Old Largs Rd is fantastic which is just as well as it was freezing as we free wheeled down to Largs into the wind. Here, looking towards the snow capped peaks of Arran. We took it all nice and easy with obligatory stops in Nardini's and then after the brutal ascent of the Haylie Brae, another stop in Lochwinnoch at The Junction, our favourite haunt.
