The Glory Hole

This week's Facebook topic is "Opening" so I decided to take some shots of The Glory Hole, the gap between the buildings leading down the riverside going towards the Brayford in town. It's only a small gap and room for people walking only one way at a time. I think it qualifies as an opening!

I could have done without town today as I still feel really rough. I don't know where this came from or what it is  but I hope I never have it again.

So many people are unwell at the moment. One of them is Horatio my eldest Grandson, who has what appears to be a very bad cold/flu. He doesn't want to get out of bed or eat anything - totally unlike him. So we won't be going to see them tomorrow - he doesn't want my germs on top of his own! I hope he will soon be better, and come over here for a visit in the week!
