March snow

Long lie in until 1030am :) It was snowing all day. First 4 hours of catching up with office work as I was out yesterday. After 4pm, I ventured for almost two hours out into the heavy snowfall, up the hill, through the forest and back. Wet, tired, hungry, unshaved.

Raw courgette and smoked salmon as appetizers. Two entire seambreams with onions, tomatoes and some more zucchetti roasted in the oven as the main course. Rosé de Bandol (Terrebrune) fits nicely.
