Dunblane Cathedral

A lovely winter's day, with snow on the hills.

We travelled to Dunblane for a couple of days break in the Old Churches House Hotel. Both of us had visited the House back in the 80's when it belonged to the Church. It has recently been restored as a very comfortable Hotel, overlooking the Cathedral.

The Cathedral dates back to the 12th century, although most of what stands was constructed during the bishopric of Clement in the 13th century. It is actually a Presbyterian Church, and co-incidentally, was the church where Andy Murray and his wife Kim were married in last year.
