born when it snows

It snowed today and this lady arrived in the front garden. I don't think she'll be staying for long though. I've named her "Neves"  which the internet tells me is a girls name which means "born when it snows" in Portuguese. In previous years Manuel and David & Sonja were among the snow people to visit the front garden. They never stay long, but they are always welcome. 

Eveline flew to Portugal to today, to be with her parents for a long weekend. I hope she has a good time, luckily the snow did not cause much of a flight delay. ...perhaps Neves will still be here when she gets back!
