Zebedee working out

Zebedee works out quite a lot and takes a pride in his physique and appearance, he provided me with a late night blip when I realised I hadn't taken any photos!

Busy day and then went to the home to visit my Mum, the Occupational Therapist Tara was there and we went through her recommendations and suggestions with my Mum and the staff which was very helpful, Mum seemed pleased, then it was time for her dinner, eating is laborious for her and takes all her concentration so I left her to it watching a cookery show with Terry Wogan in it.

We watched Tropic Thunder again, so funny.
