A Change of Mind!

It's World Book Day today but James's school are having their dress up day tomorrow. This extra day is good, giving me a bit more time, because a couple of days ago James changed his mind about the character he wanted to dress up as.

We were given a lot of notice about this dress up day and so when James announced a couple of weeks ago, he wanted to be Tom Gates, I relaxed. A bit of hair gel and a stripy t-shirt and we're done... or so I thought! Unfortunately the new character wasn't quite as straight forward. I gave in because it does mean he gets to wear the waistcoat I made him for the Victorian school trip, again (and so the effort put into that feels a bit more justified!).

Let's hope tomorrow's vision doesn't disappoint him!
