Ouchie...

I've had issues with my shoulder for a while. A long while. So I made an appointment with an osteopath. I went at lunchtime. As soon as she looked at me she said there was something wrong. It's not my shoulder though, it's the sub clavicle muscle under my collar bone. She made my neck and back make noises I've never heard before. I think I felt better afterwards but it's sort of hard to tell. It hurt. A lot. Fortunately Alex the Osteo is also a potty mouth so my swearing wasn't too shocking. I'm going back next week for more. I sort of hope it feels a bit better before then cause I can't even touch it at the moment.

Out for dinner to celebrate my lovely Mum's 75th birthday. I took the car so that I could run my folks home and pick up my washing! Haha... always with the washing. Thanks Mum! Happy birthday x
