Calm Palm

Today was a real scorcher - we spent it down at the beach (Esther was really keen!).

After beach time, we stopped off at the gelato parlour in Westgarth. I managed to smash my knee on a heavy wooden bench - brought a tear to my eye and I hope I've not cracked my kneecap!
