In Training

It's only three and a half weeks until Amy goes to Florida with her football team. The coaches are in the process of trying to get the girls as fit as possible for the games they will play out there. So today when Amy got home from school, she asked me if I would drop her in Bushy Park so she could go for a run. She's definitely fitter than I am at the moment!
