Another Broken Tree

I heard a loud sound outside. Thought it was the UPS driver making a noisy delivery. Turns out another branch fell from the eucalyptus tree in front of the house. This same tree has had branches snap off and drop in the same area 3 times in less than a year.
The 4 year drought has been hitting the trees pretty hard, I guess. It will take more rain than the El Nino has delivered so far to get them back in shape.
There was no wind today. Just overcast a bit and calm. No particular reason as to why this branch chose to fall today. Glad no one was parked under that tree. Or walking by right at that moment.
