Good Advice

I had a great morning on Friday!  I got to present one of my favorite trainings for several of our staff.  It is always a hoot, and I enjoy bringing some new ways of thinking about the important subject around breastfeeding and the benefits.  We concentrate on figuring out of own personal biases and how we might overcome those to better serve the families that we serve.  

Sugar Bear had a good day at school, and a friend dropped her by my office in the afternoon!  We ran a few errands on the way home, and I snapped a shot of Sugar's new shirt.  She picked it out brand new when she went to the dentist the other day.  Always fun for her to have brand new clothes.
