Bottle Cap

There is an old boat that sits adjacent to our volleyball court on Playa La Ropa that has been weathering for the past two years. I often look at the fading, decaying fiberglass as I sit on it resting between games and think I need to take a photo of that. Today, resting between some good quality games, I saw this rusted bottle cap sitting in the sand and knew I had the elements for a photo. I experimented with different bottle cap placements and different angles and ended up with less of the fiberglass and more of the rusting and rotting stuff.
