Today I met up with a friend for a light lunch at the former Retail Fish Market which now houses the Manchester Craft Centre. Among the excellent and unusual items made by some extremely talented artists there are ceramics, jewellery, bags,cards and pictures. The display at Kaper of paper sculptures inspired by nature and made by Kate Kelly attracted my attention. Perhaps you might be able to spot the peacock, squirrel and mouse as well as several owls.
