Feeding Time....

Up early this morning as Pete had an appointment at the optician in town. We then had a walk down to the front as it was a sunny, dry morning and watch various bird and ducks having their breakfast.                                                                                                                                                                                  The two in the foreground, nearest front is a tern and behind it a blackheaded gull in its winter plumage. The ducks are mallards, the bright coloured one is the male and brown female. The tiny one, right foreground, with the orange legs is a turnstone.
