Loafing around

I think I've discovered the downside of having a creative genius on the team. The songs penned by said creative genius are ridiculously catchy, so much so that I woke up singing the Yellow Pineapple song on Saturday and it hasn't really left my head since. The kids love it but I do wonder if they'll be disappointed in a few years time when they realise that there isn't mention of a Yellow Pineapple in the Bible. I hope they don't feel cheated. 

A tentative 5km after work to test out the knee but it wasn't good. I might have uttered some not very nice words. Thankfully there was dinner with the gang at Spoons to cheer me up.
