Japanese Stir Fry

I tried a new recipe for dinner. It has a long name that I have forgotten. I will edit it when I am back at home.
It had Mirin in it. It have never used it  express I was surprised how thick it was. 
The beef was marinated in pineapple, garlic, soy, mirin, and chili the marinade before cooking was horrible but the finished dish was delicious well worth a try.
