This feather was kindly donated by the Swallows we have nesting on terminal Houndpoint 1.....we have already had chicks, more to follow. Actually, we do alright for our wildlife......fish must be getting good as the seals were swimming between the terminal legs hunting them...luckily, no ship on last night as 2 terminals would have had to be closed to people coming and landing as 2 seals took a landing stage each to sleep of their catch....we could try chasing them but we have a tendancy to just leave them to swim on the next tide.

We have around 100 ducks that live and feed around us as well as a variety of gulls....predominently Black headed gulls just now...another reason it must be good fishing.

Nightshift again tonight...so off to bed for a wee kip.... ;0)
